EcoVille solar water heaters

What is a solar water heater?

A solar water heater is a system that uses the sun's energy to heat water. This solution is energy-saving, profitable, and comfortable.

Advantages of a water heater

Solar water heaters work in any climate.

We supply, install and service solar water heaters.

Water heaters work in conjunction with existing heating systems.

We present high-quality international Jiadele brand water heaters.

The system has high-quality components and high thermal insulation.

The solar water heater has an easy-to-use TK-8A smart panel

How does it work?

Control panel

The water heating system is controlled by a control panel. It is a sensor system that allows you to adjust the water level, temperature, etc. We also provide a control system guide with the water heater, with the help of which you will be able to make adjustments yourself if necessary.

Tank

The tank is double-layered: the outer layer is coated with high-quality paint, the inner layer is coated with food-grade galvanized steel, and between them is polyurethane foam, which provides thermal insulation. The water in the tank can heat up to boiling temperature.

Flasks

The flasks consist of two layers, between which there is a vacuum space for thermal insulation. It is thanks to this vacuum space that the outside air temperature does not affect the temperature of the water in the tank. The flasks are coated with a special material that absorbs the sun's rays and heats the water. The number of flasks depends on the volume of the water heater. Thus, a 200-liter water heater consists of 20 flasks, a 250-liter one consists of 24, a 300-liter one consists of 30, and a 360-liter water heater consists of 36 flasks. The volume of the water heater is determined by the amount of water in the entire system.

If the water in the water heater is not as hot as needed, you can turn on the electric heater attached to the tank and heat the water. The heater is turned on via the control panel.

Types of water heating systems

Non-pressure thermosiphon solar water heaters

Non-pressure thermosiphon solar water heaters

The non-pressure (thermosiphon) system uses solar energy to heat water circulating through vacuum tubes. The water, heated, naturally rises to the storage tank by convection, therefore there is no need to install any pump. Thus, the system is a simple, reliable and affordable way to obtain hot water.

Pressure thermosiphon solar systems

Pressure thermosiphon solar systems

This system is very similar to the non-pressure thermosiphon system. The difference is that the hot and cold water pressures in the system are equal and the system does not stop working if one of the flasks is damaged. These water heaters can meet the demand for large volumes of hot water.

Pressure-controlled /split/ solar water heaters

Pressure-controlled /split/ solar water heaters

Pressure split water heaters, unlike non-pressure ones, are able to simultaneously provide a large volume of hot water at a temperature of 70-90 ⁰ C. They are suitable for hotels, factories, private homes with swimming pools, sports clubs, and food outlets.
